Senior R&D - Power Electronics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative power electronic solutions for electrical propulsion and energy systems
• Select and qualify components for power converters
• Plan and participate in laboratory demonstrations, system tests, and commissioning
• Take a proactive, hands-on approach to R&D projects
• Collaborate with international teams, suppliers, and partners in funded projects

Requirements

• Master's degree or Doctorate in electrical engineering or a related field, with a focus on power electronics
• Extensive experience in the field of power electronic systems
• Proficient knowledge of simulation platforms such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or Simplorer
• Strong programming skills in C/C++
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a reliable team

Preferred Qualifications

• Competence in one of the Scandinavian languages
