About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of cost management services for construction projects
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Oversee estimating, cost planning, and monthly post-contract cost reports
  • Implement cost control mechanisms for schedule, risk, and change management
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract administration
  • Manage invoicing processes and project compliance using D-365
  • Motivate team members and assist in onboarding and recruitment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management or construction projects
  • Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
  • Strong leadership and client management skills
  • Experience in value engineering and life cycle costing
