About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the commercial lead on projects, specifically within the special projects division focusing on cladding and fire remediation.
- Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions and manage payments for specialist subcontracts and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and coordinate variations in accordance with JCT Contracts.
- Report monthly using the CVR process and generate Earned Value Analysis reports.
- Monitor contract performance regarding program, cost, and key issues through site visits.
- Manage budgets by evaluating the impact of changes and capturing cost variances.
- Maintain change registers and prepare monthly valuations.
Requirements
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing and working with large data sets.
- Ability to travel throughout the South East.
- Confidence in client-facing environments.
- Ability to work from the Swanley office (8am-5pm, Monday to Friday).
