Responsibilities

• Act as the commercial lead on projects to ensure commercial success
• Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts
• Manage and process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers
• Ensure strict compliance with contract terms, conditions, rights, and obligations
• Report monthly on outturn Pain/Gain and produce Cost Value Reconciliation
• Coordinate changes or amendments in accordance with Partnering Contracts
• Monitor and track contract obligations and perform site visits
• Evaluate the impact of budget changes and capture cost variances
• Maintain change registers and provide commercial elements for reports

Requirements

• Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office
• Confident in managing and working with large data sets
• Ability to work from the Nepicar Park Office (8am-5pm Monday to Friday)
