Responsibilities
- Act as the commercial lead on projects to ensure commercial success
- Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts
- Manage and process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers
- Ensure strict compliance with contract terms, conditions, rights, and obligations
- Report monthly on outturn Pain/Gain and produce Cost Value Reconciliation
- Coordinate changes or amendments in accordance with Partnering Contracts
- Monitor and track contract obligations and perform site visits
- Evaluate the impact of budget changes and capture cost variances
- Maintain change registers and provide commercial elements for reports
Requirements
- Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office
- Confident in managing and working with large data sets
- Ability to work from the Nepicar Park Office (8am-5pm Monday to Friday)
