Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial functions across project packages, ensuring robust governance and compliance
• Manage and administer NEC Option A contracts effectively
• Drive change management processes, including identification, evaluation, and agreement of variations
• Oversee measurement and ensure accurate quantification for cost planning and valuations
• Produce reliable forecasts, advising on project risks, opportunities, and financial performance
• Prepare and review applications for payment
• Develop and maintain project cashflows
• Lead monthly CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations) and report commercial positions

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with NEC Option A contracts
• Strong background in change management
• Excellent measurement and cost management skills
• Proven ability to develop accurate forecasts
• Skilled in preparing applications and managing commercial submissions
• Experience building and maintaining cashflows
• Confident in leading and presenting CVRs
