Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal commercial reporting and other required reports
• Prepare valuations and applications for payment with supporting documentation
• Prepare cost reports to the client with contractually compliant documentation
• Manage subcontract and material procurement schedules
• Administer subcontractor and supplier accounts from requisition to final account agreement
• Undertake contract administration, including change management and register maintenance
• Identify commercial risks, opportunities, value engineering, and change
• Utilize the costing system

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Quantity Surveyor experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Experience with NEC Option 1
• Proficiency in Change Management, programmes, measurement, CVRs, forecasts, and cashflows
• Knowledge of standard forms of contract and standard methods of measurement
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
