Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Devise and formulate contract and tendering strategies that align with client needs and governance constraints
• Recommend and implement innovative collaborative procurement approaches, including preparing tender documents
• Establish procedural manuals, office standards, and templates for efficient contract administration
• Conduct tender evaluations to identify appropriate tenderers for contract awards
• Support the delivery of client workshops, including training and collaborative partnering sessions
• Provide sound contractual advice and feasible solutions during the construction stage
• Monitor and report on financial performance for target cost contracts
• Conduct contract performance reviews and financial audits to enhance administration efficiency

Requirements

• Professional qualification in quantity surveying
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in preparing, administering, and advising on contracts
• Proven experience in contract administration
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with NEC forms of contract is highly desirable
