Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP

Responsibilities

• Manage cost control and a team of Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to ensure effective spend management
• Ensure payments comply with contracting reimbursement principles including schedules of rates and bills of quantity
• Monitor anticipated final project costs and provide cost management advice to project teams
• Undertake or review measurement of designs and on-site works completed
• Develop detailed resourcing plans and report on project performance
• Support the development of cost control standards, processes, and policies
• Review monthly valuations, variation orders, and final accounts of packages

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years of experience within the aviation or transport infrastructure industry
• Strong experience delivering technically complex and high-value infrastructure projects
• Ability to work with construction contract commercial documents, drawings, and specifications
• Experience in a consultancy, client, or contractor organization
• Knowledge of cost management principles, methods, and standard methods of measurement
