Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement robust commercial and quantity management practices for a major infrastructure program in Riyadh
• Review and verify designer-prepared BOQs for accuracy, unit-rate logic, and adherence to measurement standards
• Support the preparation and validation of project cost estimates and budgets
• Participate in tender evaluation processes by providing quantitative and commercial input
• Lead PMCM QS teams in finalizing BOQ remeasurements across all construction stages
• Review Interim Payment Applications (IPAs/IPCs) focusing on quantities, measurement rules, and contractual entitlements
• Quantify Change Orders, variations, and claims through quantity take-offs and cost impact assessments
• Monitor PMCM compliance with commercial procedures, BOQ structures, and variation workflows
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, logs, and registers for BOQs and variations
• Provide commercial and quantity analysis for internal management and client reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, specifically on major infrastructure or roads/highway programs
• Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract QS practices, including BOQ development and claims
• Experience working within a PMO, PMC, or client-side environment
• Proficiency in Excel, quantity analysis, and cost benchmarking
• Familiarity with GCC and KSA contracts, specifications, and commercial procedures
• Excellent English communication and report-writing skills
