Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team
• Help ensure that business targets and KPIs are exceeded
• Prepare monthly cost/value reports for area and review results with contract team members
• Produce commercial reports and analyze trends
• Perform physical measurement of works and agree on results with clients and subcontractors
• Agree on certification and payment of subcontractor accounts and monitor against forecasts

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent experience
• Experience in a similar role
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
