Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to the management team to ensure business targets and KPIs are exceeded
• Prepare monthly cost/value reports for the area and review results and trends with contract team members
• Produce commercial reports and conduct regular reviews of results and trends
• Perform physical measurement of works and reach agreements with clients and subcontractors
• Manage the agreement of certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, monitoring them against forecasts

Requirements

• Holder of a Full UK Drivers Licence
• Educated to Degree level or possessing equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role
• Proficient IT skills, specifically with MS Office and Excel
