About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated analytical workflows using Alteryx, Python, SQL, SAS, Snowflake, and Oracle/Teradata
- Translate high-level business requirements into executable analytical steps to improve process efficiency
- Build and execute strategies to identify correction populations and financial case execution files
- Support data validation and testing by researching system breaks and validating analytical requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support regulatory process and control monitoring initiatives
- Automate manual processes involving large volumes of data through database querying and intelligent automation
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to process owners and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience in quantitative analytics, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, SAS, SQL, Alteryx, or advanced Excel
- Experience querying relational databases such as Oracle or Teradata
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex information to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pricing analysis, financial services operations, or customer remediation workflows
- Familiarity with mainframe systems such as TSYS
- Knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflow automation, LLM-assisted tools, or intelligent automation programs
- Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-related analytical processes
