Senior Quantexa Developer/Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Quantexa solutions across the full software development lifecycle
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, enforcing best practices and driving design decisions
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and define Critical Data Elements (CDEs)
• Develop, test, and optimize entity resolution models and scoring methodologies
• Execute simulations and calibrate thresholds to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives/negatives
• Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including compliance and business teams

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Quantexa development
• 2–3 years of experience leading teams and managing end-to-end solution delivery
• Deep expertise in Entity Resolution, scoring models, and data modeling
• Proficiency in simulation techniques and threshold calibration
• Proven ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication skills with experience managing and influencing stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within compliance, risk, or financial crime environments
