Senior Quant Developer AI/ML

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading platforms, risk systems, and applications.
• Drive AI-driven quant engineering by building production-grade agent workflows with robust guardrails.
• Build automated systems to accelerate the delivery of models to trading and risk environments.
• Collaborate with traders, strategists, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technological solutions.
• Implement new features and enhancements to improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Extensive Python experience with applications in AI/ML production workflows.
• Proven experience with LLM-based assistants, prompt engineering, and agent workflows.
• Experience adapting libraries/APIs for agent workflows and implementing production-ready guardrails.
• Strong desire to work in quantitative finance and develop frameworks to automate complex processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related mathematical/scientific field.
• Basic knowledge of mathematical finance (e.g., Black Scholes, Hull-White).
• Understanding of numerical computation, including optimization, Monte-Carlo, and integration.
