Senior Quality Test Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Work within a scrum team alongside Product Owners, Developers, and Architects to identify failures early and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Create comprehensive test scenarios from requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, and maintain effective automation frameworks for Web and API services.
• Achieve high levels of automation coverage across functional and non-functional test scenarios.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines to run unit, functional, integration, security, E2E UI, and API load tests.
• Take ownership of testing deliveries and continuous maintenance of automation frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Strong expertise in both Automation and Manual testing.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Karate, or Karma Jasmine.
• Proven experience testing Web Applications, Web Services, Micro Front Ends (MFE), and Microservices.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch and managing CI pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Web Performance or API Load testing.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Kafka (Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams) and MongoDB.
