Senior Quality Test Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Webdriver.io or Playwright
• Translate product requirements into effective automated test strategies and refactor frameworks for reliability
• Develop and execute comprehensive RESTful API tests, validating functionality, security, and authentication
• Implement and support BDD practices using Cucumber and Gherkin to align testing with business requirements
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Conduct accessibility testing aligned with WCAG guidelines using tools like Axe, Pa11y, or WAVE
• Design and execute performance and load testing using K6, Locust, or JMeter to identify system bottlenecks
• Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile environments to manage defects and ensure high-quality releases

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience building automation frameworks with Webdriver.io or Playwright
• Solid experience in RESTful API testing (OAuth/JWT, data integrity, and error handling)
• Practical experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or BrowserStack)
• Working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or Gherkin
• Experience performing accessibility testing aligned with WCAG standards
• Experience conducting performance and load testing using K6, Locust, or JMeter
