About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage distribution center operations to ensure compliance with local MFDS and global regulatory requirements
- Coordinate the change control process, including documentation and liaison with source plants/legal manufacturers
- Address and handle non-conformance issues within distribution processes
- Manage Quality Hold Notices to ensure timely product release and prevent extended holds
- Conduct site visits to distribution centers to assess and enhance quality procedures
- Support KGMP certification processes by preparing documents for reviews and audits
- Provide support for quality-related functions within the SAP system
- Lead or facilitate country, regional, and corporate quality projects
Requirements
- Experience in quality system compliance and distribution center management
- Proven ability to handle non-conformance and change control processes
- Knowledge of KGMP certification requirements and documentation
- Proficiency in using SAP for quality-related functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
