Senior Quality Operations Manager - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance quality management systems and operational excellence to ensure all products and processes meet stringent quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality across the organization.
• Partner with functional leads to ensure quality capabilities meet or exceed manufacturing requirements.
• Guide engineering teams in responding to customer feedback and managing Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPAs).
• Provide technical leadership to site operations by establishing technology roadmaps for quality development.
• Execute talent strategies by evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and coaching team members to reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 8 or more years of related experience in quality operations or manufacturing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with executive management and professionals at all levels of an organization.
