Senior Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of Quality functions (Pharma/cGMP/Medical & Industrial) for Orbia’s Fluor & Energy Materials Operations and Pharma business unit.
• Translate business strategy and goals into strategic and operational plans for UK Quality functions across multiple operating locations.
• Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and world-class service to customers through direct leadership of UK Quality teams.
• Identify, define, and implement quality policies, standards, processes, and procedures to maintain high performance.
• Promote a culture of quality-beyond-compliance and drive continuous improvement and lean ways of working.
• Recruit, train, and develop Quality teams while fostering cross-site collaboration and communication.
• Manage medical quality operational and capital expenditure in alignment with budgets and business plans.
• Act as a member of the Rocksavage Management team, contributing to UK strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in quality or a related function within a pharmaceutical or excipient manufacturing (cGMP) environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with strong people management capabilities.
• Technical competence in cGxP, regulatory affairs, analytical/laboratory practices, auditing, and quality assurance.
• Deep knowledge of UK/EU GMP guidelines (e.g., EudraLex Volume 4, Annex 13, or IMP 2017/1569).
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills with strong influencing abilities.
• Experience with change management and lean/continuous improvement processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with management systems implementation and auditing (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, or 45001).
• Experience as part of a multi-disciplined leadership or management team in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of best practices and latest innovations in IT and data management/integrity.
