Senior Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ownership of quality assurance across Advanced Sensing hardware
• Lead and develop the quality capability and manage team members
• Own supplier quality for Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, including audits and performance management
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA), defect identification, and corrective actions for quality incidents
• Ensure robust testing and validation processes are in place for product approval
• Maintain quality standards in alignment with regulatory requirements like CE, FCC, and IEC
• Report quality performance, metrics, and risks to senior stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with the Quality Management System (QMS)

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior quality role within hardware, electronics, or manufacturing
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Strong track record in supplier quality management and audits
• Demonstrated experience leading root cause analysis and defect reduction
• Experience establishing testing, validation, and product approval processes
• Strong understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements (CE/FCC)
• Ability to communicate complex quality issues to senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical capability for process and system effectiveness
