Senior Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute opportunities to improve quality and customer experience across the Pick-up Point network
• Lead strategic projects including new product launches, process improvements, and geographic expansion within the EU
• Partner with global Quality Management functions to develop and scale best practices worldwide
• Drive strategic engagement with internal and external stakeholders across different geographies and time zones
• Manage end-to-end quality processes for Amazon PARP products, ensuring alignment with global governance frameworks
• Monitor and manage the performance of service providers, including installation and maintenance partners
• Conduct data analysis to reduce customer attrition, delivery failures, and concessions
• Contribute to regular business performance reporting (WBR/MBR/QBR) at local and worldwide levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or MS degree
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze complex data
• Proficiency with SQL
• Experience conducting sophisticated data analysis and translating results into actionable deliverables and presentations
• Experience in business-process design or defining and implementing operational procedures
• Proven experience presenting to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce, other CRM tools, or BI tools
• Experience working within a high-growth technology company
• MBA
