Senior Quality Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Act as the customer representative on the shop floor to ensure all leading indicators are met and customer complaints are minimized.
• Lead internal and external audits and conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM).
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive continuous improvement and corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including product testing, raw material inspection, and the calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and rating processes.
• Drive cost-reduction and productivity improvement projects, including Fit 4 Purpose and Quality Endurance Plan (QEP) initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure the integration of customer-specific requirements.
• Manage and train staff, including shift management and manpower allocation.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proven experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and conducting internal/external audits.
• Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation.
• Experience with laboratory equipment calibration and product testing procedures.
• Proficiency in supplier evaluation and management.
• Ability to manage and train technical teams in a manufacturing environment.
