Senior Quality Executive

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver Local Operating Country (LOC) Quality Objectives and Quality Improvement Plans.
• Maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with GMP, GDP, and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage the quality performance of third-party contractors, service providers, and suppliers.
• Perform trending of Quality KPIs to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate LOC Quality Council meetings and participate in identifying quality-related issues.
• Support risk management processes and perform quality impact assessments for change control.
• Conduct self-inspections at the LOC and third-party service provider operations.
• Support investigations and root cause analysis for deviations, audit findings, and customer complaints.

Requirements

• Associate degree.
• 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the life sciences industry.
• Experience with cGMP in pharmaceutical testing or secondary repacking.
• Operational experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in warehousing and distribution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to engage and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
