Senior Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Test and validate chatbot solutions and Conversational AI (CAI) platforms
• Design automated chatbot tests and validate conversation flows
• Troubleshoot issues and improve tools, frameworks, and testing approaches
• Embed chatbot testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Validate chatbot integrations with backend systems and APIs
• Test non-functional requirements including performance, security, and accessibility
• Contribute to go/no-go decisions for chatbot and CAI releases

Requirements

• Strong experience in Quality Engineering or QA
• Hands-on experience testing Conversational AI or chatbot platforms
• Proven experience using Cyara Botium for chatbot test automation
• Expertise in testing conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogue management
• Experience with Mobile apps as an entry point to chatbots
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret chatbot behavior
• Experience testing non-functional requirements (performance, security, accessibility)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience embedding testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of AI system challenges such as ambiguity and training data validation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
