Senior Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and system testing activities for complex software projects
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and new feature integrations
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Mentor and guide junior testers in best testing practices and methodologies
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing or SDET roles
• Expertise in Functional System Testing
• Proven experience in test automation and developing test frameworks
• Strong skills in test plan design and requirement analysis
• Proficiency in defect tracking and management
• Ability to validate software functionality across multiple platforms and environments
