Senior Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of testing and quality across multiple concurrent projects and squads.
• Define and lead test planning efforts, establishing scalable frameworks and coverage models.
• Architect and deliver automated testing solutions to optimize engineering efforts and reduce manual overhead.
• Oversee functional, usability, performance, and load testing across web and mobile components.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust test strategies for supply chain automation.
• Champion quality engineering best practices and maintain comprehensive test documentation and workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience testing complex, large-scale applications.
• Proven experience owning quality engineering, including defining strategy and setting standards.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native, microservices-based supply chain platforms and WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan Active or WMOS).
• Deep understanding of eCommerce order fulfillment processes, including pick, pack, ship, and MHE automation.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and scaling automated testing frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills with experience scripting against Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments within a global, distributed team model.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with functional and integration testing of warehouse automation systems like unit sorters or ASRS.
• Proficiency with load and performance testing tools and designing LPT models.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in the retail or supply chain domains.
