Responsibilities

• Pick up and extend the existing automation framework to under-covered surfaces
• Push automated coverage on critical paths like policy gates, audit trail, RBAC, and data connectors toward 100%
• Drive customer-reported defects on compliance-critical surfaces toward zero
• Build an LLM-assisted test pipeline to match AI-accelerated development
• Make quality posture visible to leadership through a living risk and coverage map

Requirements

• Experience owning a complex automation platform including end-to-end frameworks and CI systems
• Fluency in Kubernetes and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) at scale
• Experience shipping compliance-critical software (e.g., pharma, finance, govtech, or healthtech)
• Senior-level influence across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with contract testing for integration-heavy products
• Experience with stateful workflow or approval-flow testing
• Knowledge of LLM-augmented QA, including test generation or fuzzing
• MLOps or data-platform domain background (MLflow, model registries, or data lakes)
• Proficiency in Scala or Go
