Senior Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and test management for complex, high-quality initiatives.
• Design and implement robust test strategies, incorporating automation and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple parallel initiatives, prioritizing workloads to align with business goals.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence to monitor progress, maintain transparency, and enhance execution efficiency.
• Leverage Agile/Scrum practices to enable structured, iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with COEs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to drive quality and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience as a Quality Assurance and Test Engineer Lead.
• Expertise in defining test strategies, delivery models, and implementing automation.
• Proven experience within the QSR, Retail, or Digital domains.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, problem-solving, and managing concurrent programs.
