Senior Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and test plans
• Lead and mentor junior quality assurance team members and Quality Inspectors
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for efficient testing
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and conduct root cause analysis to drive process improvements
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to establish quality standards
• Define and track quality metrics and KPIs to measure testing effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Review and optimize existing QA processes to enhance efficiency
• Document test cases, test results, and quality reports with precision
• Perform customer complaint analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in quality assurance or quality engineering
• Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Engineering focus preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 standards
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration practices
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing methodology
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
