Senior Quality Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a Quality Specialist in a cross-functional Agile development team, ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing
• Develop automated scripts based on end-user workflows to validate application functionality, usability, and quality
• Collaborate with other Agile teams on joint projects to deliver high-quality work
• Identify, document, investigate, and articulate software defects and validate fixes
• Create, maintain, and enhance a suite of automated regression test scripts

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in clinical, hospital operations, healthcare IT, Patient Administration System (PAS), or software testing
• Experience using, supporting, implementing, or testing EMR systems
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional or interdisciplinary teams
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in testing AI-enabled applications
• Technical proficiency in at least 1 programming language
• Qualifications and/or certifications in AI
