Senior Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the project quality control program and daily quality procedures
• Coordinate document review and implementation during construction and commissioning
• Execute inspections with trade partners to oversee checklist accuracy
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to identify errors or redundancies
• Manage equipment tracking tools, inspection statuses, and project workflows
• Conduct quality meetings, review deficiency logs, and manage punch lists
• Coordinate inspection paperwork and manage testing reports with trade partners
• Prepare weekly meeting agendas and lead weekly quality walks
• Monitor construction activities and material deliveries for adherence to specifications
• Coach and mentor junior employees

Requirements

• 5-7 years of office or field construction experience on similar projects
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, and SmartSheet

Preferred Qualifications

• ICC certifications (reinforcing, concrete, masonry, structural steel, soils, etc.)
• ACI (American Concrete Institute) certification
• ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing) certification
• AWS (American Welding Society) certification
• NICET certification
