Senior Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute incoming inspection protocols and report findings using SAP
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of purchased parts, materials, and assemblies
• Label compliant components with identification tags and manage non-conforming materials
• Create and track non-conformity reports and quality inspection records
• Maintain material traceability and prevent damage or mix-ups during handling
• Collaborate with departments on deviation detection, root cause analysis, and corrective measures
• Support failure analysis and troubleshooting using A3 templates
• Ensure a safe working environment by implementing all HSE requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical technical courses
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA)
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Hands-on experience with material inspection and various measurement tools
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and contribute to continuous improvement
