Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure timely testing of raw materials, in-process, finished, and stability samples
• Review and approve analytical data, calculations, and laboratory documentation
• Supervise method validation, verification, transfer activities, and instrument qualification
• Lead investigations of OOS, OOT, and laboratory deviations with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and data integrity (ALCOA+)
• Oversee stability program activities, including execution and trending
• Supervise, coach, and develop QC laboratory staff
• Collaborate with QA, Production, and Regulatory Affairs to support audits and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
• 6–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratories
• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and UV
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
