Senior Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Control Systems Management and Oversight on a large-scale hi-tech and manufacturing construction project
• Manage overall Construction Quality Control on behalf of the client
• Review and approve all construction contractor quality control reports
• Follow up on all quality non-conformances to ensure issues are addressed per engineering practice and project specifications
• Collaborate with construction managers and project engineers for corrective action approvals
• Oversee inspection and acceptance of equipment delivered to the site
• Compile regular reports for client review

Requirements

• Graduate engineer or graduate of construction management
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience on projects exceeding $100m
• Completion of Construction Quality Management for contractor course within last 5 years (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Verifiable experience as an approved Construction Quality Control Manager
• Strong mechanical and MEP knowledge
• Ability to move freely across demanding construction site terrain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
