Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Global Readiness and Sustainment Quality Management Systems for Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, and Asset Management programs
• Maintain quality standards for products, procedures, and materials to align with product line performance needs
• Provide leadership and direction to managers or professional staff to deliver functional objectives
• Participate in the development of functional strategies and global processes and procedures
• Provide specialized technical expertise in inspection, testing, statistical methods, audits, and problem-solving tools
• Create inspection reports and recommend corrective actions to ensure requirements are met
• Apply quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution
• Implement performance evaluation and prediction methods to improve system safety, reliability, and maintainability

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a security clearance after employment
• Undergraduate degree and 12+ years of professional experience (Program Quality Management experience may be considered in lieu of education)
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven experience recruiting, forming, and managing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Greenbelt, Blackbelt, or similar quality management certifications
• Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma for services
• Project Management Professional (PMI) certification
• Completed training for Lead ISO 9001 QMS auditor
• Prior experience with US military Base Operations Support and asset management programs
