Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the QA strategy from scratch for a brand-new product
• Set up manual testing frameworks for API/backend and web UI layers
• Perform and coordinate manual and exploratory testing for campaign flows and edge cases
• Work closely with PMs and engineers to define test coverage early in the cycle
• Take ownership of bug management, including triage, prioritization, and tracking
• Act as the quality advocate within a cross-functional product team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA, testing, and debugging frontend applications (JavaScript)
• Experience in large-scale projects
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques, including exploratory and destructive testing
• Knowledge of automated testing
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Solid understanding of API and backend service testing
• Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools
• Ability to grasp complex technical systems quickly
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
