Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the QA strategy from scratch, including test approaches, tool landscapes, and processes
• Set up manual test frameworks for both API/Backend and Web-UI levels
• Conduct and coordinate manual and exploratory tests for campaign workflows and edge cases
• Collaborate closely with PMs and Engineers to define test coverage early in the development cycle
• Manage the bug lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, and tracking
• Act as a quality ambassador within a cross-functional product team

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in QA, testing, and debugging frontend applications (JavaScript)
• Proficient in manual testing techniques, including exploratory and destructive testing
• Experience with automated testing
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Solid understanding of API testing and backend services
• Strong experience with testing tools, specifically TestRail
• Ability to grasp complex technical systems quickly
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Fluent English skills
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to build processes without a blueprint
