Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the QA strategy from scratch, including the tool landscape and testing processes for a brand-new product.
• Set up manual testing frameworks for both API/Backend and Web-UI layers of the campaign management platform.
• Conduct manual and exploratory tests for campaign workflows, edge cases, and partner-oriented features.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define test coverage early in the development cycle.
• Take ownership of bug management, including triaging, prioritizing, and tracking defects through to resolution.
• Act as a quality ambassador within a cross-functional product team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including testing and debugging frontend applications (JavaScript).
• Strong proficiency in manual testing techniques (exploratory and destructive) as well as automated testing.
• Solid understanding of API testing and backend services.
• Experience with testing management tools, specifically TestRail.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for effective organization and collaboration.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to build processes in a greenfield environment without a pre-existing blueprint.
