Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT) strategies, including sample selection, test setup, and data analysis.
• Define and implement ORT plans and stress tests tailored to specific product applications and use conditions.
• Perform product qualifications for new products, second sources, and material or process changes.
• Ensure product compliance with internal specifications and international standards such as JEDEC, AEC, and IPC.
• Lead risk assessments (DFMEA, PFMEA) and ensure mitigation actions are validated through ORT.
• Drive failure analysis for ORT and qualification failures using advanced electrical, mechanical, and materials analysis techniques.
• Communicate reliability data and risk assessments to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Implement reliability enhancement measures and feed lessons learned back into design and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or reliability engineering.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (wafer fab, assembly, and test).
• Expert-level understanding of industry standards including JEDEC, AEC, and IPC.
• Extensive experience with Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT) and statistical data analysis.
• Proven experience with failure analysis workflows and quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and Weibull analysis.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment and travel internationally if required.
