Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test strategies aligned with product goals and technical architecture
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and UX designers
• Define quality metrics and triage defect patterns using dashboards and reports
• Establish standards for test planning and mentor QA engineers
• Build tooling and infrastructure to support continuous integration and scalable test coverage
• Identify future testing needs across cloud, edge, and device interfaces

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering
• Proficiency with test automation tools and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Python)
• Strong background in manual and automated testing for customer-facing applications
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, metrics, and test architecture design
• Experience validating product behavior and analyzing CI pipeline diagnostic signals
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing AI-powered or edge-connected applications
• Familiarity with backend service testing, distributed systems, and API validation
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Passion for user experience and accessibility
