Senior Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, program, test, and deploy complex online surveys using Qualtrics
• Implement advanced logic including skip patterns, quotas, and randomization
• Perform end-to-end survey lifecycle activities from requirement analysis to closure
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance with internal standards
• Create SOPs, quality checklists, and audit-ready documentation
• Analyze survey data to identify trends and build dashboards using Excel
• Prepare executive-level reports and leadership decks
• Collaborate with project managers, researchers, and global clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• Extensive experience with Qualtrics for complex survey design
• Strong understanding of questionnaire structure, skip logic, and masking
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query) and PowerPoint
• Experience with survey solutions like Google Forms or Survey Monkey
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI (dashboards, DAX)
• Knowledge of Tableau or SQL
