Senior QC Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for QC, IQC, and Lab teams to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
• Optimize workforce staffing and schedules to achieve maximum operational efficiency and quality targets.
• Supervise and coach QC staff to ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and safety/5S standards.
• Mitigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Customer Complaint Reports (CCR) through cross-functional collaboration.
• Investigate root causes of customer complaints and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Oversee Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials and manage Lab operations for finished goods validation.
• Conduct internal process audits and coordinate readiness for external international certification audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Lead or Quality Engineer role.
• Strong expertise in Quality Control and Process Innovation.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and coach diverse teams.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ELS Operating Principles.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.
