Senior QC Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform complex testing of raw materials, bulk intermediates, finished products, and stability samples in a laboratory setting.
• Provide mentorship to QC analysts regarding documentation, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Execute high-level method transfers and guide the department in evaluating new technologies.
• Conduct laboratory investigations and provide detailed accounts of testing to investigators.
• Act as a technical reviewer for document updates to ensure scientific soundness and justification.
• Maintain instrumentation through proper use, care, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure consistent adherence to company and regulatory data integrity guidelines.
• Support the implementation of new systems and continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, preferably Chemistry or Biochemistry.
• 6+ years of experience in an analytical laboratory position using advanced techniques.
• Proficiency with analytical instruments including HPLC, FTIR, GPC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
• Advanced knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ICH regulations.
• Experience working with USP, NF, and other compendia.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.

• Competitive pay ranging from $47.00 - $50.00 per hour depending on experience.
• 18% shift differential for the 2nd shift (Tuesday - Saturday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm).
