Senior QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Accountable for quality control across civil, architectural, and structural disciplines.
• Manage all QA/QC documentation, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, and non-compliance reports.
• Develop and implement inspection standards, testing methods, and procedures to maintain high-quality project standards.
• Review site materials to ensure full compliance with project specifications and collaborate on procurement quality.
• Supervise the implementation of test and inspection schedules and coordinate quality audits.
• Develop method statements for activities, including risk assessments and job safety environmental analysis.
• Liaise with Technical Engineers for material submittals and coordinate inspections with Consultant representatives and Site In-charge.
• Monitor project activities and analyze processes to ensure all work meets required quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience specifically in Roadworks & Infrastructure.
• Proven previous experience working on ALDAR projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience with quality assurance methods, tools, and inspection checklists.
