Senior QA Tester

Responsibilities

• Testing playable content and features and evaluating results
• Performing regression tests, bug hunts, feature testing, and continuous testing
• Reporting issues and providing feedback and end-user opinions throughout feature development
• Cooperating with developers and colleagues across departments regarding the bug life cycle and research
• Establishing QA procedures and workflows
• Leading and managing a small team of four testers

Requirements

• Relevant experience with game testing, including knowledge of test types and the software development life cycle
• Proven experience with team management
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Ability to orient quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
• Willingness to work onsite in Brno, Czech Republic

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Atlassian software such as JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with agile testing principles
• Knowledge of the Arma Reforger game
