Senior QA/QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities and attend program and package-level quality meetings
• Plan, coordinate, and standardize quality audits across all project packages
• Manage and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and associated schedules
• Oversee NCR processes, including issuance, root cause analysis, and KPI monitoring
• Coordinate quality-related activities between Contractors, Supervision Consultants, PMC, and PWA
• Implement and manage digital quality and document control platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and OpenSpace
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports for senior management and the Client
• Draft and review quality-related contractual correspondence and technical letters
• Support quality-related commercial compliance activities within cost-plus contract environments

Requirements

• BSc degree in Civil Engineering
• 14 years of overall professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the GCC
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management company in a QA/QC role
• Must be MME certified in Qatar
• Extensive knowledge of QA/QC management practices for large infrastructure or construction projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with digital QA/QC tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud, OpenSpace, APMS, or DataGrid
• Experience implementing AI-enabled digital solutions in QA/QC and document control
• Experience in cost-plus contract environments and quality-related commercial assessments
• Strong analytical skills in data-driven performance monitoring and trend analysis
