Senior QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and control practices across projects and engineering processes
• Maintain quality processes aligned with AIS QMS and ISO 9001 standards
• Conduct internal quality audits and participate in external certification audits
• Review engineering documents, technical deliverables, and project quality plans
• Lead inspections, verifications, and compliance checks for all deliverables
• Identify non-conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Manage the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) process, including feedback analysis and investigation
• Support functional safety compliance activities (IEC 61508/61511)
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, Supply Chain, and EHS teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related)
• 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in engineering or industrial automation environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Proficiency in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) principles
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, FMEA)
• Proven experience in inspections, audits, and documentation control
• Knowledge of functional safety standards (IEC 61508 / 61511) is a plus
