Senior QA Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic QA initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality objectives are achieved
• Implement testing KPIs and reporting standards across all projects
• Advance the adoption of automation and AI-driven testing
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve the end-to-end QA pipeline
• Manage external QA budgets and work with trusted partners to improve service quality
• Act as a spokesperson for QA & Deployment, communicating risks and successes to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of ownership and build QA communities of practice

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in game development with management experience
• Proven experience working on live service games (mobile, console, or PC)
• Experience with DevOps QA and/or LiveOps QA
• Strong knowledge of project management and software development methodologies
• Proficiency with JIRA, TestRail, Google Docs, and build distribution management systems
• Ability to manage complex project portfolios and drive impact through influence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
