Senior QA Engineer/Lead Specialist (Test Automation)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, Mobile, Integration, and Performance testing.
• Establish a full CI/CD/CT (Continuous Testing) pipeline by integrating automation scripts into existing DevSecOps workflows.
• Lead performance, load, and endurance testing strategies for critical enterprise platforms, including SupTech and Payments systems.
• Develop and optimize automated test scripts using approved languages and tools to ensure high reliability and coverage.
• Integrate mobile testing with Device Farms (e.g., Perfecto, BrowserStack) to execute tests on physical devices and emulators.
• Manage the test case lifecycle within JIRA (Xray), ensuring requirements traceability and comprehensive reporting.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts within an Agile environment to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
• Evaluate and implement innovative quality engineering tools, including AI-assisted testing and model-based testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or a related IT field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on software testing experience with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
• Extensive expertise in Performance, Load, and Endurance testing.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as NeoLoad, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with mobile automation tools including Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in Software Testing Automation (ISTQB, Cypress, or Appium).
• Experience with TOSCA automation tools.
• Xray Certified Practitioner status.
• NeoLoad Professional or JMeter Pro certifications.
• Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics or Datadog.
