Responsibilities

• Own product quality OKRs in partnership with the EPD team
• Build and maintain Playwright automation using TypeScript across UI, integration, and unit layers
• Own the quality gate for every release cycle and collaborate with offshore QA teams
• Develop end-to-end test plans and drive quality outcomes for new features
• Act as a quality advocate in the deployment process to raise testing standards
• Continuously improve QA processes, tooling, and documentation

Requirements

• Proven track record owning QA end-to-end in a fast-moving SaaS environment
• Strong Playwright and TypeScript skills
• Automation-first mindset with knowledge of the testing pyramid
• Ability to collaborate across EPD functions and communicate test plans clearly
• Sharp attention to detail and customer-first orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS release workflows, performance testing, or accessibility testing
• Experience with financial, transactional, or contract workflows
• Domain knowledge in procurement or spend management
• Familiarity with Python, Selenium WebDriver, or Cypress
